CEP78

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP78 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP78-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL22, PCDH11Y, and GABRG3. Each is linked with CEP78 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP78-to-partner and partner-to-CEP78 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL22 grouped by CEP78-low versus CEP78-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP78→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP78) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
