CEP76

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP76 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP76-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with CEP76 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP76-to-partner and partner-to-CEP76 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by CEP76-low versus CEP76-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP76→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP76) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
