Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CEP72 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CEP72 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CEP72 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CEP72 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, PRAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where CEP72 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
