Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP72 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP72-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSMEM1, HTR1E, and ADIPOQ. Each is linked with CEP72 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP72-to-partner and partner-to-CEP72 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSMEM1 grouped by CEP72-low versus CEP72-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP72→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
