Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CEP70 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CEP70 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher CEP70 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CEP70 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SCLC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where CEP70 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
