CEP68

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP68 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,598 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP68-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAN2A1, SEC24A, and CKAP4_S26. Each is linked with CEP68 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP68-to-partner and partner-to-CEP68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP68 versus MAN2A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP68→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
