Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP68 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,222 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP68-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBS9, ADGRB3, and LCA5. Each is linked with CEP68 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP68-to-partner and partner-to-CEP68 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP68 versus BBS9 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP68→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
