CEP68

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP68 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 960 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP68-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD7-27, OR1L4, and NF1P10. Each is linked with CEP68 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP68-to-partner and partner-to-CEP68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD7-27 grouped by CEP68-low versus CEP68-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP68→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
