Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP68 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP68-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PDCD4, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CEP68 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP68-to-partner and partner-to-CEP68 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by CEP68-low versus CEP68-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP68→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
