Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP63 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,511 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP63-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein K63-linked ubiquitination, Negative regulation of protein polyubiquitination, and Regulation of protein K63-linked ubiquitination. Each is linked with CEP63 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP63-to-partner and partner-to-CEP63 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of protein K63-linked ubiquitination grouped by CEP63-low versus CEP63-high in BREAST.
