CEP63

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP63 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP63-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALPI, SLC38A8, and OR10K1. Each is linked with CEP63 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP63-to-partner and partner-to-CEP63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALPI grouped by CEP63-low versus CEP63-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP63→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
