CEP57L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP57L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP57L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVRL1, JNK2, and MEK1_p_S217_S221. Each is linked with CEP57L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP57L1-to-partner and partner-to-CEP57L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACVRL1 grouped by CEP57L1-low versus CEP57L1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP57L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP57L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
