CEP57

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP57 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,163 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP57-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED15P1, MIR4277, and RN7SKP59. Each is linked with CEP57 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP57-to-partner and partner-to-CEP57 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED15P1 grouped by CEP57-low versus CEP57-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP57→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP57) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
