CEP57

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP57 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP57-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad4, eIF4E, and MEK1. Each is linked with CEP57 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP57-to-partner and partner-to-CEP57 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Smad4 grouped by CEP57-low versus CEP57-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP57→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP57) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
