CEP57

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP57 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP57-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-2, PROKR2, and ZNRF4. Each is linked with CEP57 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP57-to-partner and partner-to-CEP57 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP10-2 grouped by CEP57-low versus CEP57-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP57→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP57) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
