CEP43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 542 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP43-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P5, TRDJ2, and IGHD6-13. Each is linked with CEP43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP43-to-partner and partner-to-CEP43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP43→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
