CEP350

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP350 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP350-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, FASN, and PCNA. Each is linked with CEP350 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP350-to-partner and partner-to-CEP350 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by CEP350-low versus CEP350-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP350→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP350) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
