Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP350 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,157 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP350-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASH1L, RAB3GAP2, and TOR1AIP2. Each is linked with CEP350 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP350-to-partner and partner-to-CEP350 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP350 versus ASH1L in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP350→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP350) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
