Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP295 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP295-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, GAPDH, and TFRC. Each is linked with CEP295 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP295-to-partner and partner-to-CEP295 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by CEP295-low versus CEP295-high in UCEC.
