Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CEP20 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CEP20 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CEP20 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CEP20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where CEP20 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
