CEP20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 174 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP20-associated genes across cancer lineages are SELENOKP2, GRPEL2P2, and MTND1P33. Each is linked with CEP20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP20-to-partner and partner-to-CEP20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SELENOKP2 grouped by CEP20-low versus CEP20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
