CEP20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,101 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint, and Circadian sleep/wake cycle. Each is linked with CEP20 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP20-to-partner and partner-to-CEP20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body grouped by CEP20-low versus CEP20-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
