CEP192

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP192 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,736 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP192-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNHG1, CENPU, and CIP2A. Each is linked with CEP192 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP192-to-partner and partner-to-CEP192 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNHG1 grouped by CEP192-low versus CEP192-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP192→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP192) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
