CEP192

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP192 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP192-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELT, TMEM213, and OR2B11. Each is linked with CEP192 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP192-to-partner and partner-to-CEP192 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HELT grouped by CEP192-low versus CEP192-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP192→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP192) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
