Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP170B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,091 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP170B-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF5, SETD3, and GOLGA5. Each is linked with CEP170B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP170B-to-partner and partner-to-CEP170B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP170B versus EIF5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP170B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP170B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
