Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP170B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,082 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP170B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Endosomal transport, and Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with CEP170B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP170B-to-partner and partner-to-CEP170B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by CEP170B-low versus CEP170B-high in OESOPHAGUS.
