Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP170B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,712 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP170B-associated genes across cancer lineages are A3GALT2, OR5B21, and OR6F1. Each is linked with CEP170B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP170B-to-partner and partner-to-CEP170B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A3GALT2 grouped by CEP170B-low versus CEP170B-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP170B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP170B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
