Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP164 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,876 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP164-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSR3_S105, RNF214, and RSF1_S604. Each is linked with CEP164 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP164-to-partner and partner-to-CEP164 results are reported.
