Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP164 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP164-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ASNS, and ATM. Each is linked with CEP164 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP164-to-partner and partner-to-CEP164 results are reported.
