Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP164 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,941 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP164-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROBO1, PLXNA1, and TRIP11. Each is linked with CEP164 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP164-to-partner and partner-to-CEP164 results are reported.
