Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP120 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,384 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP120-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB37, CERKL, and LCN6. Each is linked with CEP120 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP120-to-partner and partner-to-CEP120 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP120 versus RAB37 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP120→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP120) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
