Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP120 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,216 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP120-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP410, RNA5SP161, and RN7SKP94. Each is linked with CEP120 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP120-to-partner and partner-to-CEP120 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP410 grouped by CEP120-low versus CEP120-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP120→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP120) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
