Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP120 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP120-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ATM, and Notch1. Each is linked with CEP120 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP120-to-partner and partner-to-CEP120 results are reported.
