Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP120 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,134 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP120-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of centriole elongation, Positive regulation of organelle assembly, and Positive regulation of centrosome duplication. Each is linked with CEP120 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP120-to-partner and partner-to-CEP120 results are reported.
