Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP120 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP120-associated genes across cancer lineages are C18orf63, REG3A, and MAGEB5. Each is linked with CEP120 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP120-to-partner and partner-to-CEP120 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C18orf63 grouped by CEP120-low versus CEP120-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP120→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP120) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
