Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CEP112 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CEP112 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CEP112 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CEP112 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, PRAD, and GBM are the cancer types where CEP112 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
