CEP112

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP112 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 546 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP112-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFAS, OR1E3, and IL2. Each is linked with CEP112 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP112-to-partner and partner-to-CEP112 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PFAS grouped by CEP112-low versus CEP112-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP112→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP112) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
