Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP104 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,509 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP104-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Positive regulation of autophagy of mitochondrion. Each is linked with CEP104 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP104-to-partner and partner-to-CEP104 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I grouped by CEP104-low versus CEP104-high in BONE.
