CENPX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPX-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD11B, RNA5SP491, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with CENPX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPX-to-partner and partner-to-CENPX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD11B grouped by CENPX-low versus CENPX-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
