CENPX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CENPX RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,216 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPX-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL12, GPS1, and DCXR. Each is linked with CENPX in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPX-to-partner and partner-to-CENPX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPX versus MRPL12 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
