CENPV

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPV mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPV-associated genes across cancer lineages are HERC2P7, CYP4F36P, and RN7SKP104. Each is linked with CENPV in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPV-to-partner and partner-to-CENPV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HERC2P7 grouped by CENPV-low versus CENPV-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPV→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
