CENPP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CENPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,813 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMC2, POLE3, and RMI1. Each is linked with CENPP in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPP-to-partner and partner-to-CENPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
