Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CENPM Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CENPM data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher CENPM Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CENPM expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH are the cancer types where CENPM Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
