CENPM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,993 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK1, CHAF1A_S141, and FEN1. Each is linked with CENPM in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPM-to-partner and partner-to-CENPM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPM versus CDK1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPM→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
