CENPM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,070 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPM-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTSE1, MYBL2, and MCM4. Each is linked with CENPM in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPM-to-partner and partner-to-CENPM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPM versus GTSE1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPM→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
