CENPL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,106 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIF11_T926, KPNA2, and MCM4_T110. Each is linked with CENPL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPL-to-partner and partner-to-CENPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPL versus KIF11_T926 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
