CENPL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,846 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASF1B, FOXM1, and NEK2. Each is linked with CENPL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPL-to-partner and partner-to-CENPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPL versus ASF1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
