CENPL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,285 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6853, YTHDF3-AS1, and SNRPGP17. Each is linked with CENPL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPL-to-partner and partner-to-CENPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6853 grouped by CENPL-low versus CENPL-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
