CENPK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,164 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPD2, NCAPG_S674, and NCL_S67. Each is linked with CENPK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPK-to-partner and partner-to-CENPK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPK versus NCAPD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
