Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,582 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CENPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, MCM4, and DLGAP5. Each is linked with CENPK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPK-to-partner and partner-to-CENPK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CENPK versus CDKN3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
